What's The Word For The Opposite Of Progress?

We're going from rockets to trains.

The trains won't work, be they high speed or light rail, for many reasons but the main reason is Florida is not pedestrian friendly. Our urban sprawl has urban sprawl. Jacksonville takes up an entire county for chrissakes.

So... we take money away from the rockets and put money into trains. I'm gonna start investing in horse drawn carriages. That's called being ahead of the curve.
