The party of the first part and the first party of the second part walk into a bar. Oops, no that's not it. We, the legalese-illiterate peasantry, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare and secure the blessings of liberty for ourselves and our posterity do ordain and establish that our founding fathers could write clear government documents that can be set to music and memorized by the populace. Even 20+ years after said populace learned the damn song.
This legalese crap is their excuse for fucking us over. They should have to read it and be able to explain it in plain English, and not leave ANYTHING out. If they leave it out in the explanation, then it can't be enforceable. Now there's a rule I'd vote for.
